Ashmore Palms Holiday Village, Gold Coast

Our stay at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village was wonderful! Nestled in a peaceful environment surrounded by tropical beauty, it’s perfect for families. The two lagoon pools and bird aviaries were a hit with my kids. While everything was lovely, a few little details could be improved. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a family getaway.

I had a lovely stay at the holiday park, which was perfectly located just a short drive from the Aquatic Centre and Carrara Stadium. My cabin was charming and provided a comfortable stay for my family, especially with the entertaining bird collection around the resort. However, checking in could have been clearer with instructions, and the transport service during the event could be improved. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, especially for families with kids.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The owner’s rude behavior and the uncomfortable interaction was definitely a downside. However, the accommodations were fantastic, with spacious and clean cabins that provided a lovely family-friendly atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the activities, and the location was conveniently close to local attractions, which made up for some frustrations I faced.

One downside was the limited access to the activity room, which closed early each morning, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time and can't wait to come back next year.
